Eligibility:


1. Pass in Higher Secondary Examination with at least of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany and Zoology or Mathematics or any other equivalent examination accepted by the Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.


A Pass in Diploma in Pharmacy examination recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India.

2. The students who apply for First year B.Pharm course under Management quota, from the academic year 2004-05 onwards, have to appear for the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Tamilnadu Private Professional Colleges Association - Health Sciences (TNPPCA-HS), Chennai.


The aspiring candidate should have passed Diploma in Pharmacy with 50% of marks either in D.Pharm. or in H.Sc. / PDC.

A Pass in Higher Secondary School examination with Chemistry Physics, Biology or Botany and Zoology or Mathematics or any other equivalent examination accepted by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of above examination.

The academic year is divided into three terms. At the end of each academic year examinations will be conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education.

Note:

1. Fees payable to university / DME such as registration fee, Exam Fee are to be remitted separately.

3. Caution deposit of Rs.5,000/= for B.Pharm, and Rs. 2000/- for D.Pharm (refundable at the end of the course) to be remitted separately.
